
PRIMA's wine list provides the guest with the opportunity to experience the ultimate goal of a restaurant: to have a memorable and fantastic experience. With passion we choose and present our wines, just as our kitchen does with our food. The wines on our list are there for you to have in the most complementary way with our cuisine or to stand on their own for your pleasure.
The wine list currently represents some 1,300 items and we inventory over 15,000 Bottles. The list features on eof the most complete selections of Piemontese reds available anywhere including Barolo back to 1947, and vertical selectiosn of such properties as Borgogno, Angelo Gaja, Paolo Scavino, Elio Altare, and others. The rest of our Italian sleection, the wines we believe best suit our cuisine and love most, is very deep and showcases not only the obvious choices but also more esoteric regional selections and offers superb value. We also showcase the best of California, from the so-called cult wines to a vertical of Dunn Vineyards Howell Mountain and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Additionally, we maintain great selections of Bordeaux, white and red Burgundy, a fine selection of Australian and other Antipodean wines, whites from the Loire Valley, Germany, Austria and much, much more.
PRIMA's 'By The Glass' selection is extensive (over 40 wines open) and we feature multiple flights of three themed wines available by the taste. We next have a deep selection of half bottles and offer a 'What We Like To Drink' (100 wine sommelier's selection). That all comes before the Table of Contents, followed by the big list, first offering Italian Wines and the rest of the world.
